Nearly Boiling Water
Honey

Equipment Required

  2. Teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the teapot with near-boiling water.
  2. Pour out the water and add one tsp of looseleaf tea per cup, plus one for the pot.
  3. Add the near-boiling water, and let the tea steep for 3 minutes
  4. Pour into a cup and add honey if desired
  5. Green Tea is best brewed with near-boiling water.
