1/4 x Cup Fish Sauce
1/4 x Cup Lime Juice (Freshly squeezed)
2 x Green Chilies (Seeded and minced)
1 x Red Chili (Seeded and minced)
1/4 x Cup Shallots (Minced)
1 x Large Garlic Clove (Finely chopped)
1/4 x Cup Coriander (Minced)
1/4 x Cup Brown Sugar
1/4 x Cup Nearly Boiling Water

  1. Combine ingredients, then add near boiling water and stir.
  2. Let sit for an hour or more to let the flavours combine.
