Strawberries, Lemon
& Basil Infused Water

A refreshing and vibrant beverage that blends the sweetness of ripe strawberries with the citrusy brightness of lemon, complemented by the aromatic essence of fresh basil, creating a delightful and hydrating infusion.


10 x Strawberries
2 x Lemons (Juice of one lemon, 5 x slices)
12 x Basil Leaves
1/2 Pitcher of Ice
Chilled/Cold Water

Equipment Required

  1. Large pitcher
  2. Drinking Glass
  3. Chopping Board
  4. Sharp Knife
  5. Ice


  1. In a large pitcher, place the stawberries, lemon juice, lemon slices and basil leaves.
  2. Half fill pitcher with ice and fill with chilled filtered water.
  3. Give it a good stir.
  4. Add additional fruit or herbs to garnish, if desired.
  5. If keeping in the fridge, remove any fruit & herbs after 24 hours. The infused water can be refrigerated for up to 3 more days.
  6. For easy cleanup, get rid of the food waste with a Food Waste Disposer.
