3 x Carrots 3 x Kumara
3 x Beetroot 1 x Clove of Garlic
2 x Cups of Baby Spinach Leaves Spalsh of Olive oil Salt and Pepper
1/2 x Cup of Bulgur wheat
1 x Nob of Butter
1 x Large Bunch Italian Parsley
1 x Red Onion
2 x Tbsp Red wine Vinegar
1 x Tbsp Seeded mustard 3 xTbsp Feta (If desired)

Equipment Required

  1. Oven tray
  2. Baking Paper
  3. Chopping Board
  4. Chopping Knife
  5. Glass Bowls Large and Med
  6. Teaspoons
  7. Lidded Jar for Dressing
  8. Large Platter
  9. Measuring Cups and Spoons


  1. Combine ingredients, then add near-boiling water and stir.
  2. Let sit for an hour or more to let the flavours combine.
