Ingredients
3 x Carrots 3 x Kumara
3 x Beetroot 1 x Clove of Garlic
2 x Cups of Baby Spinach Leaves Spalsh of Olive oil Salt and Pepper
1/2 x Cup of Bulgur wheat
1 x Nob of Butter
1 x Large Bunch Italian Parsley
1 x Red Onion
2 x Tbsp Red wine Vinegar
1 x Tbsp Seeded mustard 3 xTbsp Feta (If desired)
Equipment Required
- Oven tray
- Baking Paper
- Chopping Board
- Chopping Knife
- Glass Bowls Large and Med
- Teaspoons
- Lidded Jar for Dressing
- Large Platter
- Measuring Cups and Spoons
Instructions
- Combine ingredients, then add near-boiling water and stir.
- Let sit for an hour or more to let the flavours combine.
