Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

The promoter is Parex Industries Limited, the authorised distributor of InSinkErator® products in New Zealand (“Promoter”).

2. Promotion Period

The promotion commences at 12:01 am NZST on 1 July 2026 and closes at 11:59 pm NZST on 31 July 2026 (“Promotion Period”).

3. Eligibility

Entry is open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years or over.

Employees of Parex Industries Limited, Whirlpool Corporation, participating retailers, associated agencies and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

4. How to Enter

To receive one (1) entry into the prize draw, entrants must:

• Purchase any genuine InSinkErator® product from an authorised New Zealand retailer during the Promotion Period.
• Complete the online product warranty registration at www.insinkerator.co.nz before 11:59 pm NZST on 14 August 2026.
• Provide all mandatory registration information, including proof of purchase if requested.

Only warranty registrations for products purchased during the Promotion Period are eligible.

One entry is permitted per eligible product purchased and registered.

Proof pf purchase will be required by the winner.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive a Rotorua holiday package, including accommodation and selected activities.

The exact prize package will be determined by the Promoter and may include:

• Accommodation
• Flights (if applicable)
• Activity vouchers
• Dining vouchers ($600 Prezzie Card provided)
• Transfers

The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.

6. Prize Draw

The winner will be drawn at random on 21 August 2026 at the Promoter’s offices.

The winner will be contacted using the details provided during warranty registration within five (5) business days of the draw.

7. Claiming the Prize

If the winner cannot be contacted after reasonable attempts within 14 days, or does not accept the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw.

8. Travel Conditions

Travel must be booked and completed within twelve (12) months of the prize draw unless otherwise agreed by the Promoter.

Travel dates are subject to availability.

The winner and any travelling companion are responsible for:

• Travel insurance
• Personal spending
• Meals not included
• Any incidental expenses
• Any costs exceeding the prize value

The prize is subject to the booking conditions of airlines, accommodation providers and activity operators.

9. General

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants.

Incomplete, fraudulent or illegible entries may be deemed invalid.

The Promoter may disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or breaches these Terms & Conditions.

10. Privacy

By entering this promotion, entrants agree that the personal information supplied during warranty registration may be collected and used by the Promoter for:

• administering this promotion;
• validating warranty registrations;
• contacting prize winners; and
• providing marketing communications relating to InSinkErator products where the entrant has opted in to receive such communications.

Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020.

11. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage or injury suffered in connection with this promotion or acceptance of the prize.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits any rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or any other applicable New Zealand consumer legislation.

12. Acceptance

Entry into this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
