What electrical rating is the NeoTank?

• 1.3KW. This can be installed on a standard electrical circuit drawing 5.6 amps and comes with a 3-pin plug.

How many litres does the NeoTank have?

• 2.5 Litre stainless tank

What size is the NeoTank?

How long is the warranty for the NeoTank?

• 2 Years from installation

Is the tank under line pressure?

• No, Insinkerator Neo Tanks are not under constant line pressure like other water heaters, they are open to atmosphere.

What should I do with my NeoTank if it's not being used for an extended period of time (several months)?

• Simply press and hold the power button for 3-5 seconds to put the system on stand by mode. This will have the power button pulsing on and of until turned back on.

How hot does the water get?

• Our Neo Tank can be adjusted from 88 – 98 degrees C

How long does it take for a NeoTank to heat up?

• Approx. 12 – 15 minutes from cold

NeoTank’s button flashing on the screen and it’s not heating. What can I do?

• Press and hold the flashing button for 3-5 seconds to activate the unit. You can adjust the temperature using the up and down arrow on the black screen.

The water flow is really slow. How can I fix this?

• Replace the water filter cartridge and clean the aerator on the end of the spout

What bench hole size do I need for the MultiTap?

• 35 – 38mm

Can the MultiTap system work on low-pressure hot water supply?

• Unfortunately, No - the MultiTap is a mains pressure only system.
  Minimum supply pressure is 175Kpa

• The tap and requires a standard mains pressure 55-degree hot and cold supply.

Will the cold pressure drop from my MultiTap if connected to the filtered water supply?

• Yes, the flow rate will drop slightly.
